Triangle Yoga Fest: A mini yoga festival

Mark your calendars for Apex's first yoga festival. This is an in-person event located at 63 Hunter Street. This festival is all about accessibility: it is free to kids under age 12 and free for seniors over 60.

We will have yoga classes for everyone:

  • chair yoga

  • yoga for anxiety

  • meditation workshops

  • sound baths

  • kundalini, and more.

This festival will include a speaker panel from wellness creators and teachers who are change agents in the community and in the world.

Enjoy music from our live DJ, and shop with local vendors! We will also have a catered food from Mike's Vegan and Raleigheverbowl that will feed your soul. Don't miss out on this opportunity to nourish your mind, body, and soul in a fun and welcoming environment.
